The Algonquin Lake in the Hills Interfaith Food Pantry could not exist without the support of the community and our volunteers. We are always in need of non-perishable foods and volunteer help. To see what our immediate needs and “wish list” items are, click here.
Many of our Senior Citizens on fixed incomes are faced with the choice of whether to purchase the medications they require or the food they need.
The Algonquin Lake in the Hills Interfaith Food Pantry distributes thousands of dollars in food and necessities to those in need throughout our service area every year. We do this with a volunteer board, lots of volunteer workers, and gracious donors like you.
How Can You Help?
If you would like to schedule a food drive for your business, youth organization, neighborhood or any other organization, please complete and submit a request through our Contact Us form.
What could YOUR financial donation buy?
Financial donations are used to purchase much needed perishable items such as eggs, butter, cheese, etc., as well as non-perishable items that are in high demand. To make a donation, click here.
